Delivery can be affected by destination, customs, carrier performance, public holidays, weather, address accuracy and other matters outside our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in the country where you habitually reside. Courts or dispute-resolution bodies with mandatory jurisdiction remain available to you.
